Notes When Booking The online booking system is not always flexible enough to cope with the special deals etc that we sometimes offer (or perhaps its because we dont fully understand how the system works!). However, card payments are processed by us manually and so if the system is not giving you the price you are entitled to, make a note in the "special requirements" text box on the booking form. We will then adjust the price and notify you before taking any money. St Ives Bay SK2 - Pets are only accepted when the whole carriage is let to one party at a time; ie. having booked the East End you also book the West End. SK2 West - Off season when booking the East End the West End may be added for an additional £120. This offer is only valid outside of school holiday times. If you only book one end, the other end of the carriage may be let to another party.
