and Availability
The
prices shown below in Pounds Sterling are for the accommodation (not per
person) and are totally inclusive. Electricity, heating etc. is included
as is the use of bed linen (duvets, covers, sheets etc) and towels. - Bookings
are Friday to Friday for the Old Luggage Van and Travelling Post Office
and Saturday to Saturday for the St Ives Bay SK2. At quieter times of year
other arrangements may be possible.
- Bookings
for consecutive weeks in the same let attract a discount of £40 per week
after the first week.
- Booking
both ends of the St Ives Bay SK2 simultaneously during the school holidays
attracts a discount of £25 per booking.
- Except
in school holidays, the St Ives Bay SK2 is only let to one party at a
time. That is, if you book the East end, the West end will be empty unless
you book the whole carriage or you want friends or family to book it. In
school holidays both ends will be let independently.
- Pets
are welcome at The Old Luggage Van and Travelling Post Office at any time.
At The St Ives Bay SK2 pets are welcome except during school holidays
(unless the carriage is booked as a whole). There is a £10 per animal
surcharge.
- Short
breaks can start on any day and are charged at 70% of the weekly price for
3 nights with additional nights at 10% of the weekly price. There are
restrictions on how far in advance short breaks may be booked at some
times of year. Please enquire for details.
- The
Booking Deposit is £90 per let per week with the balance becoming due 8
weeks prior to the holiday. Payment can be made by card over the phone to
secure the booking immediately or a provisional booking may be made with
payment by cheque following in the post. Provisional bookings are only
valid for 3 days.

GREEN type indicates that the holiday let is available for booking.
BLACK type indicates that the accommodation is already booked.
BLUE type indicates a closed period. Holiday bookings of a fortnight or more in the St Ives Bay SK2 during the closed period will be considered.
RED type indicates a non standard week ie. short break or more than a week. Please enquire for details.
Off season the West End of the St Ives Bay SK2 can only be rented in addition to the East End, at an extra cost of £99.
