Carnglaze Caverns & The Rum Store - Three underground caverns set in 6.5 acres of wooded hillside of the Loveny valley at St. Neot, near Liskeard (E3). Coast To Coast Cycle Trail - The Bike Barn provides cycle hire, tuition, sales and repairs and is open all year round. From there you can cycle across england in a day, along the scenic Coast to Coast trail. The trail runs for 11 miles from the lovely coastal village of Portreath to Devoran, alongside the stunning Restronguet Creek, and is almost entirely on purpose built cycle paths or quiet country lanes. The Cornish Birds of Prey Centre and Animal Park - Set in 15 acres of counrtyside, this lovely family-run centre for birds of prey and rescued animals is a great day out. Cornish Cyder Farm - A true taste of Cornwall all year round. Hayle Estuary - As many as 18,000 birds have been seen here in cold winters because this, the UKs most south westerly estuary, never freezes. During spring and autumn it is an ideal place to see migrant wading birds, gulls and terns. In summer you may catch sight of an osprey. Good for walking with pushchair-friendly paths. The Helford Garden Trail - Three glorious valley gardens situated by the Helford River offers a breath of fresh air for any gardener. The coastal footpath to the tranquil Helford River estuary is easily accessible from the Swanpool or Maenporth car parks in Falmouth. The Heritage Trail - Castles, buses and classic ferries, this Itinerary takes you on a historic journey to see the famous castles of Pendennis and St Mawes. Constructed circa 1540, they are the Cornish end of a chain of castles built by Henry V11 along the south coast.

Hidden Valley Discovery Park - Brilliant fun for children over six, teenagers and adults. Based on the crystal maze concept, visitors must follow a series of clues to find the hidden gems. Three fantastic mysteries; visual, co-ordinates and cryptic, ending with a race against the clock in an electrical switching room. Comes highly recommended. There is also a garden railway (which only runs on dry days) and a short outdoor, all weather railway, with one ride included in the price. Lizard Lighthouse and Heritage Centre - At the most southerly tip of mainland Britain sits the twin-towered Lizard lighthouse. The Lost Gardens of Heligan - Heligan is one of the most popular botanical gardens in the UK. National Seal Sanctuary - set in the picturesque Helford Estuary, by the beautiful village of Gweek. Porthcurno Telegraph Museum - Porthcurno has a unique historic provenance: this is where the telegraph cables that linked Britain with its Empire and other nations came ashore. The valley was the hub of international cable communications from 1870-1970 and also training college for the communications industry until 1993. Shipwreak Rescue & Heritage Centre - The Shipwreck and historical artefacts on display in the centre are the largest private collection of this type on public display in Europe. St. Ives Parish Church - Built in the 15th Century, St. Ives Parish Church is steeped in history. Tamar Otter Sanctuary - The world's leading Otter conservation organisation, the only place in the West Country breeding the British Otter regularly and reintroducing young otters into the wild to save the otter from extinction. Tamar Valley Service - The Tamar Valley, bordering Cornwall and Devon, is one of the most beautiful and historically significant areas in the UK. Theatre Royal - Situated in Plymouth, The Theatre Royal is largest and best attended regional producing theatre in the UK and the leading promoter of theatre in the South West. Tintagel Castle - One of Cornwall’s most iconic sites, Tintagel Castle is famous for its association with the legend of King Arthur, who was said to be born on Tintagel Island where the remains of the 13th century Castle stand today.
